Purpose
This policy keeps the service lawful and safe for every customer. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Unlawful financial activity
Do not use the service for money laundering, financing of terrorism, sanctions evasion, tax evasion or any other unlawful financial activity, or to prepare false financial statements.
Fraud and false information
Do not upload forged statements, impersonate another company or person, or use the service to deceive banks, investors, tax authorities or anyone else.
Other people’s data
Upload only data you are authorised to process. Do not upload statements of another company or person without their authority, and do not try to access another customer’s data.
Attacks and misuse
Do not scan, probe or test the service’s security without our written permission, overload it, bypass authentication, rate limits or plan limits, or upload malware or files built to exploit parsers.
AI and API limits
Do not automate questions to get around AI limits, scrape the service, resell access, or write prompts or skills meant to make the AI ignore its rules, reveal other data or act outside the tools it is given.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report to the competent authorities where the law requires it.
